This is a quick personal review for the Asus Slate EP121. If you guys are interested on this tablet, I suggest you do some research and ask yourself why would you need a tablet PC. This baby works well with Photoshop CS5, Painter 11, ZBrush and amongst other programs. I will be uploading another video using Photoshop for Digital Painting.

  4. brittanybabyxox says:

so if i were to get this it could be used to replace my windows 7 laptop? and if i was interested in an app associated tablet, i should get a tablet with an android processor?

  5. CumOnYerHands says:

I have a question, can you play flash games on it? I’m really likeing it

  6. NovaN0va says:

That’s the thing. It’s not designed for personal entertainment use. If you’re going to be doing business you’re most likely going to have it plugged in.

Have seen the stuff. Looks great yet the battery life ruins the impression. Competitors go for 8-10 hours with screen brightness set to 80-85 % and both WiFi and Bluetooth on – what is the point of having a tablet with 3-3.5 hours of life with screen brightness set to 50% and both WiFi and Bluetooth on? It is designed for a serious prolonged work (Photoshop, MS Office etc.) but would shut down almost immediately after watching a single movie.

  9. ramostire123 says:

  11. DRRMTBS says:

would this be good fro editing youtube videos

  12. MULTIMEDlA says:

Not luxury… at least for me it isn’t. I have done my digital painting and this has helped tremendously. I can connect it to my tv or other HD displays to extend the monitor when working with more than one project ( using photoshop) and it works great. I don’t see myself carrying around a citiq as easily as I can with this tablet. I guess it depends on what you really need it for in order to judge the product.

  13. thlin says:

lol, tablet is 100 percent luxury When tablet have a real purpose to can actually use it for. Then I will buy it.

  14. antihak says:

Damn! But can you bring it to school!? Or college!? ANd take out the stylus and start sketching on it in fron of your mates and make an evil laugh!? Your system wont be able to do it :) even though its a performance machine, it wont be able to do it! You see, u can compare a melon to an apple. compare your pc setup to some other pc setups, this is a totally different thing. :) peace

  15. davidmagik says:

But you could not use it as a Tablet if you wanted to.

  16. thlin says:

    damn for a thousand dollars i can get a i7 2630, 17 inch 1080p, 4/8gb 500gb 7200, NVIDIA gt 525m

  17. nader31 says:

they have to work on getting a better battery life. i dont want to get a larger battery pack. That would just make it bulky. its not worth getting it if its going to be some big ass machine.

  18. MTD280 says:

    Better than ipad 2

  19. miromosmar says:
