    MS Excel is a good bet if you wish to graph your data. Alternatively you can try OpenOffice.

    Open up Excel. Click on Insert on drop down menu.
    Click on Chart. Follow steps in Chart Wizard which has a huge range of different types.

    Do it in Excel – easy to work a basic chart and modify it.
